Curversity Curvy
Awards
December 9th 2007 was a very special day for the Plus Sized
Community and myself I must say. Curvesity Entertainment
had there first Annual Curvesity Curvy Awards. Recognition
for those who are in the Plus Sized Community had finally
arrived. There are so many wonderful people who work hard
in the to make it a better world for all of the Big People
out there who feel they have no resources. Now for the
first time we are given some credit for the work that is
done.
I
was an honoree along with some very outstanding people who
have dedicated there lives and actions toward making People
of Sized feel accepted. Being honored and recognized for
works done. Standing along with them at this beautiful
ceremony filled me with joy. Tears were shed, words spoken,
hugs were joyful. I met so many people who had kind words
to say. It was one of the most positive experiences I have
had.
This
history making moment was hosted by Curvesity Entertainment,
Belle-Noir and Phat City Ent. together they made a
difference to us, and the Plus Sized Community. I
personally thank you.
